These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of villabalitenerife.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the booking of holiday accommodation at Villa Bali Tenerife. By accessing this Website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a booking through this Website.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.


3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website or booking platform.

The total price, including any applicable cleaning fees, service fees, taxes, security deposits, or other charges, will be shown before confirmation of the booking.

Payments must be made using the payment methods made available at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.


5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before or during the stay.

The security deposit may be used to cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, breach of house rules, or other losses caused during the stay.

Any remaining balance will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking method, booking platform, or specific rate selected.

The applicable cancellation policy will be shown at the time of booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy that applied when the booking was made.

No refund is guaranteed for no-shows, early departures, or failure to comply with check-in requirements.


7. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be provided in the booking confirmation or pre-arrival information.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available only by prior agreement and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time.


8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Use the property for lawful holiday accommodation purposes only.
  • Respect the property, neighbours, community rules, and local regulations.
  • Keep the property clean and tidy during the stay.
  • Report any damage, faults, or issues as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
  • Not host parties, events, or gatherings unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Not cause nuisance, excessive noise, or disturbance.
  • Follow all house rules provided before or during the stay.

The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all guests in their group.


9. Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, breakage, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

We reserve the right to charge the guest for repair, replacement, additional cleaning, lost keys, call-out charges, or other reasonable costs resulting from misuse or breach of these Terms.


10. Property Facilities and Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all descriptions, photographs, amenities, and information on the Website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences may occur due to maintenance, improvements, replacement of furniture, changes in décor, or circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every facility will be available at all times, especially where interruptions are caused by maintenance, utility failures, weather, third-party providers, or events beyond our control.


11. Swimming Pool, Outdoor Areas and Safety

Guests use the swimming pool, terraces, stairs, outdoor areas, appliances, and other facilities at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Guests must take reasonable care to avoid accidents, damage, or injury.


12. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing before arrival.

If pets are brought without permission, we may refuse entry, terminate the stay, or apply additional cleaning or damage charges.


13. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Smoking may only be allowed in designated outdoor areas, if specified in the house rules.

Guests may be charged for additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking inside the property.


14. Access to the Property

We or our authorised representatives may need to access the property during a stay for maintenance, repairs, inspection, emergencies, or legal requirements.

Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be given.

In emergencies, access may be required without prior notice.


15. Guest Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the stay.

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence.

Guests should ensure doors, windows, and security measures are properly used when leaving the property.


16. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by:

  • Using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting to interfere with its security or operation.
  • Copying, scraping, or reusing content without permission.
  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code or malicious material.

All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, design, and layout, belongs to us or is used with permission.


17. Third-Party Services and Links

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Guests remain responsible for taking reasonable care during their stay and for arranging appropriate travel insurance.


19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This may include natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, utility interruption, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, pandemics, civil disturbance, or other exceptional circumstances.


20. Privacy

Use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

By using the Website or making a booking, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for booking management, guest communication, payment processing, legal compliance, and property administration.


21. Complaints

If there is a problem during your stay, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Complaints raised only after departure may be more difficult to investigate and resolve.
